अञ्जनी-गर्भ-सम्भूताय, प्रकट-विक्रम-वीर-दैत्य-दानव-यक्ष-राक्षस-ग्रह-बन्धनाय, भूत-ग्रह, 
प्रेत-ग्रह, पिशाच-ग्रह, शाकिनी-ग्रह, डाकिनी-ग्रह ,काकिनी-ग्रह ,कामिनी-ग्रह ,ब्रह्म-ग्रह, 
ब्रह्मराक्षस-ग्रह, चोर-ग्रह बन्धनाय, एहि एहि, आगच्छागच्छ, आवेशयावेशय,

How to chant this mantra for removing obstacles and evil?

Start by worshipping the great deity ( Hanuman Deva ) with some incense sticks, diya (lamp)  and flowers  deep devotion and complete belief towards the Lord.
Get an image of the lord and light a Diya ( Ghee lamp ) in front of the lord.
Start reciting the mantra of Hanuman Deva below for a minimum of 111 times.
Once complete, end the session and offer some gifts to the kids.
